Beer matured for 24 months in Jurançon barrels 33cl VAT 8.5%

This triple beer is aged for 24 months in Jurançon barrels from the Souch estate. To finish its maturation, we carry out refermentation in the bottle for a minimum of 1 month before its marketing. The tasting reveals notes of exotic fruits and citrus fruits, as well as a light toastiness from the French oak barrel. The bubbles are very fine, which makes it an excellent beer to accompany foie gras or white meats.
