Simbi - 225g - Gentle method

Simbi is grown in the commune of Huye at an altitude varying between 1,980 and 2,250 meters in sandy clay soil. After being picked by hand, the beans are first dried under cover for 24 hours and then dried for 15 to 18 days on African beds in full sun. This process gives a coffee with delicate notes of red fruits as well as a slight taste of brown sugar.
