The ARSOSALA station brings together the production of smallholders from the Guji region in southern Ethiopia. The coffee is grown there at an altitude of more than 2,200 M, which allows the cherries to ripen slowly. These are picked by hand and then carefully sorted to form bags without any defect (Grade 1 category). The result in cup is very aromatic with floral and fruity touches. This coffee in a few words: A coffee with a nice sweetness and notes of fruit, which will suit both espresso and a mild method (filtered coffee). country: ETHIOPIA region: GUJI altitude: 2200 - 2300 M variety: JARC process: WASHED SCA score: 87.0
