Las Brisas takes its name from the cool breeze that crosses the farm from December to March. The farm has existed since the end of the 19th century and has constantly improved its production methods. This coffee followed a process called “Honey”, which consists of leaving part of the pulp around the bean during the drying phase to give it a certain sweetness. This coffee in a few words: An atypical coffee with its fruity notes and a slight flavor of fermentation.
