The Nocellara Cultivar Olives are fine Sicilian olives also known as Castelvetrano or Mazara olives.                                        Good, tasty and particular, so much so that they deserve DOP certification (protected designation of origin).     The Sicilian Nocellara del Belice Organic Olives in PERFECTE brine are grown with the natural methods of organic farming.                                        Hand-harvested, selected and processed in simple brine; after a few hours they are packaged and labeled in compliance with the rules regulating organic.     Nocellara del Belice Sicilian Organic Olives have an intense green colour, a freshly harvested olive scent and an unmistakable, slightly bitter and spicy flavour.                                        They have a spherical and symmetrical shape, large in size, with a round apex and a rounded base.                                        Due to these characteristics, they are also suitable for canteen consumption, ideal for aperitifs, cocktails and fresh salads.
