Corsican Tomme Cheese

We have selected a fragrant tomme with a firm texture which retains all of its aromas which have developed during maturing. Cut into crustless triangles, Corsican tomme is enjoyed as an aperitif.       I also recommend it at the end of a Corsican meal, after a mint omelette "de Jean" accompanied by figatelli and a salad; with Corsican red wine, you will definitely see the magnificent landscapes of the Isle of Beauty resurface!
