The grapes are harvested by hand and subjected to a slow cold maceration to extract the varietal aromas of the Garganega. Fermentation takes place after decantation of the must at a temperature of 15-16 degrees. Pale yellow with greenish reflections. Intense and delicate. Dry, harmonious aftertaste, typical of almond and white flowers.
