Controlled temperature fermentation (approximately 18 degrees) Sensory Analysis Straw yellow with light greenish reflections. On the nose it presents typical floral notes of orange blossom, white peach and mineral traits. Balanced taste and easy to drink. Frank, direct wine. Pairings Excellent as an aperitif, it accompanies fresh cheeses and elegant Friulian cured meats such as San Daniele ham with figs. Temperature 10°C
