Soil Gravel of alluvial origin Grape variety Raised in Guyot with north-south exposure Variety Merlot 100% Collection Mechanical harvesting of slightly overripe grapes Winemaking After destemming and pressing, fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature (around 24-26 degrees) with maceration for around 8 days.   Aging in steel to preserve the freshness and integrity of the vintage product.    Sensory Analysis Ruby with violet reflections.   The aroma is intense, spicy with a pleasant note of small berries, the flavor is particularly pleasant with silky tannins with the right softness.    Pairings It goes well with both white and light red meats, tasty first courses and fatty fish.
