Recommended serving temperature: 16 -18°C. Vinification: Skin maceration for 5 days at 22°C. Refinement: 6 months in steel and 6 months rest in the bottle. Organoleptic description: Ruby red colour. scent of plum and blueberries. In the mouth it is velvety and full. The tannins are full-bodied but soft. Harmonious and delicately fresh. Curiosity: "Opico" word in the Oscan language with which the Samnites indicated themselves as a people of the opics, therefore opic means "Samnite" in the Oscan language.
