Soil: clayey - calcareous. Recommended serving temperature: 16°- 18°C. Vinification: Skin maceration for 15 days at 28 °C in oak vats. Refinement: For 24 / 36 months in Slavonian oak barrels. Organoleptic description: Intense ruby red colour. Scent of black cherry, plum and blackberry. The long period of aging makes it a dry and full-bodied wine, with a warm, soft and of long persistence. Curiosity: This wine takes its name from Caio Vibio Postumo, governor of Dalmatia, native of Larino.
