Organoleptic description: Red color with soft violet reflections. Intense aromas of blackberry and plum on a background of violet. In the mouth it is soft and persistent; in the delicate freshness of the taste, the memories of the nose come back supported by a sweet balsamic note of licorice. Curiosity: the name of the autochthonous Molise variety par excellence derives from the Spanish etymology "tinto", typical of the hilly areas of the hinterland. Lagena means a type of flask or mug with a neck and mouth Strict, used by the Romans to contain and measure wine, corresponds to our "quartino".
