Fruity hints of white fruit, slightly vegetal with mineral notes. Fresh and well balanced, almondy finish. The grapes are softly pressed, then the must undergoes static clarification. It is then fermented in steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 20°C. Natural decantation for three months in steel. Type: Young white. Grape variety: 100% Grechetto. Vineyard: 20 year old spurred cordon. Planting density: 6.000 plants Ha. Yield per hectare: 80 q (60 hl/Ha). Soil type: Clay and limestone. Harvest: Manual in the first half of September.
