From Verdicchio grapes, destemmed and left to macerate on the skins for the entire duration of spontaneous fermentation, without temperature control, after a long maturation of 18 months in cement, a few bottles of a rediscovered wine are returned. The wine has a golden yellow appearance, the nose has a beautiful complexity of aromas which includes orange marmalade, apricot, dried fruit and a spicy note of saffron. On the palate, ripe aromas of grapefruit and orange peel stand out and a balsamic note in the finish. Pairings: Medium-aged cheeses, cold cuts, or white poultry meat, spiced risotto and some types of Asian cuisine.
