VINIFICATION The grapes are harvested when aromatic maturity is reached. Fermentation lasts 10 to 15 days at moderate temperature. These fermentation conditions give this wine its fruity character and supple structure. TASTING Our “tradition” cuvée has been vinified and matured to bring you fruitiness and roundness. On the nose, aromas of blackcurrant and blackberry are revealed, enhanced by spicy notes. On the palate, our Tradition cuvée reveals supple tannins and a rounded finish. AWARDS Gold Medal Gilbert & Gaillard 2020 FOOD AND WINE Depending on the season and the mood, this wine can be served relatively cool, around 12°C. It will go perfectly with your charcuterie platters and your grilled meats.
