SUMMER REFRAIN (Rosé)

IGP PAYS D'Oc Syrah, Grenache, Cinsault The nose evokes a fruit salad (strawberry, melon, peach, pineapple) with a touch of verbena and a hint of acidity like a harlequin candy; The mouth offers a lot of sweetness (cotton candy) and a finish on eucalyptus. It goes very well as an aperitif and on the grill. The grape varieties are vinified together. Slow fermentation with aging on fine lees for 4 months.
