Gabriella Prosecco Rosé DOC Magnum

Gabriella is a Prosecco Rosé which is produced with an innovative method of vinification which involves cooling the must to 0°C and subsequent single fermentation at 15°C. This allows the wine to enhance and maintain the precious aromas of pear, strawberry, raspberry and violet. Coming from the hills of Refrontolo, in order to allow optimal ripening of the grapes, in addition to the normal cultivation practices, careful trimming of the shoots and careful defoliation are carried out. Furthermore, the production is kept very low in order to have grapes rich in perfumes and aromas. Store in a cool dry place. DOC certifications
