Gate of the Moon Chardonnay 750 ml

A Gate that honored the night and the moon, which has always been the bearer of dreams and advice, could not be missing. A white wine obtained from delicately pressed grapes, with fermentation at 16-17 degrees for 12-15 days. The must is decanted and left on its fermentation lees, which are activated weekly through a careful and precise manual battonage to guarantee the intensity of the flavour. Cancello della Luna is aged in small oak barrels before being bottled. Thanks to the meticulous fermentation process of the must at low temperature, a delicate white is obtained which in its complex simplicity is perfect in combination with appetizers and fish dishes.
