Instant wakame

Instant Wakame is a variety of seaweed sectioned and cut into leaflets of a few centimeters ready for use after a short rehydration. It is so thin and delicate that it does not need cooking. It has a marked and characteristic taste that can be combined with many ingredients of Mediterranean cuisine. It is delicious in salads, raw, dressed with oil and lemon or soy sauce.
