This coffee bean from Salvador Ayutepeque is ideal for a tasty and balanced espresso that will be unanimously appreciated. It is a specialty coffee with sweet citrus notes followed by hints of chocolate and almond. The terroir The Ayutepeque farm is located near Santa Ana, on the slopes of the Ilamatepec volcano, named thus in the Nahuatl language. This volcanic terroir, located just below the famous El Manzano plantation, offers ideal conditions for growing coffee. The producer Emilio Lopez, a passionate producer, stands out for his constant search for perfection, both in his cultivation methods and in the final taste of his coffees.
