Lutum Primitivo di Manduria PDO Red wine

PDO Primitivo di Manduria. Intense garnet red, with purple hues red wine.  Aroma of red ripe fruits, a feeling of honey, blackberry, dried figs. Obtained from grape vines reared as small trees of Puglia in the rich red and calcareous soil not far from the sea and wine-making method at a controlled temperature in small stainless tanks. Harvest in the middle of September, 15 days of maceration, 20 of fermentation. Pairings with red meat, gravy, first courses. 14% Vol. Vintage 2018
