Tarantula Negroamaro Superiore DOP Red wine

DOP Lizzano Rosso Superiore. Wine of an intense garnet red color, with an aroma of ripe red fruits and a hint of liquorice, with a full, round and well structured flavor leaving a persistent taste; obtained by the wine-making method with long soaking of the selected Negroamaro grapes. Harvest in the second half of September, 30 days of maceration, fermentation 35 days. Pairings with venison, red meats, grilled meat.    14% Vol. Vintage 2016
