The Negroamaro from Giustini delights the viewer with a radiant, but not too dark garnet red, fine aromas of cherries, wild berries, cassis and plums. But also subtle hints of delicate tobacco and spices make this wine remarkable. A closer look reveals fine nuances of figs and light balsamic notes. On the palate there is primarily one thing, a tidy and clearly structured arrangement of aromas. Less wild and stormy, like many of his southern Italian brothers and sisters, he comes to the fore with a broad chest, but still not overconfident. The aromas form a delicate construct of cherries, figs, plums and dried fruit. This strong but soft tannin structure is complemented by ideas of leather, tobacco and spices.
