A clever blend of hot peppers and vegetarian peppers (which are not hot). This paste is halfway between strength and softness. Directions for use: In cooking, it goes perfectly with meat, fish, shellfish, vegetables, vinaigrettes and sauces. Recipe idea: Stuffed vegetables Empty 2 large tomatoes and 2 zucchinis. Brown a stuffing made from sausage meat previously mixed with ½ teaspoon of TOCO garlic cream and ground veal. Add the vegetable flesh and 1 tsp TOCO sweet pepper paste. Let simmer. Fill the vegetables with the stuffing and bake for 40 minutes at 180°C.
