Directions for use: In cooking, mango onion confit is perfect for poultry, vegetables, vinaigrettes and sauces. Recipe idea: Duck breast with mango onion confit For 4 people: 2 duck breasts, 20 cl of crème fraîche, 1 jar of TOCO mango onion confit. Cut the skin of the duck breasts. Heat a frying pan and place the duck breasts in it, skin side down. Let cook for 5 minutes. Remove and discard the fat. Reheat the pan and add the duck breasts, this time flesh side down, for 3 minutes, then remove them. Off the heat, pour the entire jar of TOCO mango onion confit into the pan. Mix well with the cooking juices, add the crème fraîche. Let reduce over low heat while you cut the duck breasts into slices. Arrange on plates and cover with the sauce. This dish goes very well with wheat.
