EMade from coffees sourced from the best terroirs of Peru and Ethiopia, this selection from our Master Distiller, Franck Choisne, reveals fruity and chocolatey flavors. The coffee beans are slowly distilled in our two-hundred-year-old stills. This very lightly sweetened spirit will surprise you with its finesse and length on the palate, an expression of our ancestral know-how, in line with the Combier DNA, creator of flavour. Crystalline and intense, Amboka reveals a complex structure, at once tangy, fruity and subtly marked by a hint of dark chocolate. A nose of freshly roasted coffee… and the mouthfeel of a great Arabica.
