Xellent Swiss - Edelweiss Gin

After Vodka, Xellent Gin. This drink represents a passion and above all the enthusiasm of the master distiller for the herbs and plants in the distillery garden. The ingredients first macerate for several hours in vodka. Juniper berries, as well as herbs such as lemon balm, edelweiss, woodruff and lavender can thus develop all their aromas and flavors. Then, this mixture is carefully distilled by adding water from a Swiss glacier. This is how Swiss Edelweiss Gin was born, in the Swiss hinterland of Lucerne.
