Aprilis Organic Gin - Alpine Recipe 43° 70cl

Our first gin is a Savoyard gin produced from organic agricultural alcohol and organic plants. Its base is made up of, among other things, juniper berries, genepi flowers, arquebus shoots and bergamot mint leaves. These plants are hand-picked by our partners in Savoie. To best combine the aromas, we select and blend the different macerates before the first distillation. The second distillation allows the aromas to concentrate and refine further to achieve this unique aromatic profile between freshness and finesse. The first nose is dominated by juniper berry and quickly harmonized by notes of genepi and bergamot mint. On the palate, the trend reverses, giving way to a beautiful complexity dominated by citrus fruits brought by lemon thyme and supported in the length by the finesse of juniper.
