Hazelnut oil 25cl

Hazelnut oil is a mild vegetable oil and very versatile in cooking. Its refined taste offers a lot of finesse which perfumes the most varied dishes. It is used raw to season salads and raw vegetables, or at the end of cooking to enhance your dishes, as it does not withstand cooking over high heat.



A sweet, unroasted oil recognizable by its delicate praline and slightly milky taste.



Hazelnut oil is particularly suitable for making vinaigrettes with lamb's lettuce, grated carrots and celery. A drizzle of hazelnut oil will provide a harmonious marriage with tomatoes, feta, mozzarella, chicken fillet, steamed vegetables, pasta, or cod, always at the end of cooking. Try it as a dessert to enhance apple or pear or replace butter in cake preparation.

The virgin hazelnut oil is cold pressed in one go. It only undergoes the mechanical treatments necessary for extraction.
