Organic Fruity Green Extra Virgin Olive Oil is intense and fruity. Domaine des Terres Rouges has partnered with a producer in Portugal to offer you two superior quality organic olive oils. The olives are picked by hand from October, at the start of the season, and pressed quickly after harvesting with only two extraction phases. The green fruity taste has fresh vegetal notes with a hint of bitterness and pungency. It is particularly intense with carpaccios, cooked vegetables, fish and raw vegetables. 50cl
