Cider Vinegar with Seaweed, Shallots and Fleur de sel 25cl

This Vinegar is made by macerating seaweed and glasswort in cider vinegar. It sublimates oysters, seafood and fish. 25cl Domaine des Terres Rouges has teamed up with an Italian vinegar maker, based in the province of Modena, to offer you a fine range of balsamic vinegars. Faithful to our quality commitments, this partnership guarantees you an authentic balsamic made according to centuries-old tradition. The vines of the Trebbiano and Lambrusco grape varieties are worked in sustainable agriculture. The grape must is cooked in a cauldron without adding sugar or caramel. Finally, the vinegar is aged in various increasingly smaller barrels with different types of wood (oak, cherry, mulberry, chestnut, juniper, ash, acacia), which brings richness and intensity.
