A Sauvignon Gris goes well with it for the most beautiful harmony.   The planting density of 6,000 vines per hectare, and precise trellising, makes it possible to obtain a controlled yield with fully ripe grapes.   Its color is crystalline yellow.   This Sauvignon displays a beautiful aromatic freshness, with notes of white flowers and blackcurrant buds.   The mineral elegance combined with the suppleness on the palate proudly displays its balance.
