Aged on fine lees for 12 months, half in 228L three-wine barrels and half in 160L clay jars Color: deep ruby red Nose: intense red fruits with tyoast notes Mouth: ample and generous, with supple and creamy tannins, mineral finish. Wine pairing: this wine will accompany red meats in sauce and game. Grape variety: Cabernet Franc
