Manual harvest in openwork crates, sorting in the vineyard and cellar before vatting by conveyor belt. Pneumatic pressing with size separation. Fermentation in thermoregulated stainless steel vats at a temperature of 18°C. Aging on fine lees for 3 months. Color: pale yellow with golden highlights. Nose: balance and complexity around citrus fruits (pomelo, orange peel). Mouth: nice attack, orange zest, ample and creamy texture with a finish of ripe citrus fruits.
