Carte Blanche - White wine made from resistant grape varieties - Vintage 2024

After several years of reflection and preparation, our first vintage of white wine was born in 2024. This ambitious project was motivated by the desire to explore new facets of the terroir and to respond to a growing demand for quality white wines. These resistant grape varieties allow us to reduce our environmental impact, a fundamental value of our estate. Carte Blanche was born, its name referring to an original story of the property. At the beginning of the 20th century, the previous owners lost the estate by going all-in at the Biarritz casino.
