Wild Fabre, red wine without added sulfites, 100% Cabernet Sauvignon - Vintage 2020

For several years, Domaines Fabre has been focusing its cultivation practices on better preserving the environment. This resulted in the HVE (High Environmental Value) Level 3* certification of our properties from the 2016 vintage. We are acting responsibly to protect the biodiversity of our vineyard by planting hedges and preserving auxiliary fauna.... In 2018, due to exceptional climatic conditions and the strong will of the technical team, we decided to vinify a vintage without added sulfites.
