75cl • IGP Pays d'Oc GRAPE VARIETIES • 100% Viognier TERROIR • Terroir marked by an exceptional variety of climate. The Viognier vines are exposed to the North to benefit from the coolness during the hot summers, thus the grapes retain good acidity and an exceptional aromatic quality. The soils are clayey limestone. VINIFICATION • Harvested in the early hours of the day. Immediately pressed. Cold settling. Fermentation 3 weeks at 16/18°C TASTING • Powerful nose dominated by aromas of fresh fruits (vine peach, passion fruit) and floral notes (lime blossom, rose). Very well balanced on the palate, lively and smooth wine which develops a range of citrus flavors.
