VINIFICATION • Harvested at maturity, the partially destemmed grapes were vinified in the traditional way with punching down, gentle pumping over and fermentation maintained at 28°C for 3 weeks TASTING NOTES • Bright red color. Complex nose with notes of small red fruits (cherry, strawberry), spices and violet. The palate is balanced, delicious, with fine tannins.
