Pinot Noir from Pennautier 2023 - IGP Pays d'Oc Vin

75cl • IGP Pays d'Oc GRAPE VARIETIES • 100% Pinot Noir TERROIR • This grape variety originating from Burgundy, is found at an altitude of 300 m on the limestone soils of the foothills of the Montagne Noire, its needs for climatic freshness, for a beautiful expression of its aromas. VINIFICATION • Harvested in mid-September, the partially destemmed grapes were vinified in the traditional way with punching down, gentle pumping over and fermentation maintained at 28°C for a vatting period of 18 days. TASTING • Complex nose of red fruits (cherry, strawberry), spices and violet. The tender and delicious mouth presents a beautiful balance marked by liquorice and silky tannins.
