The curly Neapolitan papaccella is a variety of short and pulpy peppers, with a very sweet taste, cooked fried in a pan, combined with pork meat dishes or preserved in vinegar. Slow food papaccelle are peppers with ribbed and flattened berries (called curly), very fleshy and tasty. They are round and flattened in bright colours. From intense green to sunny yellow up to a bright red. Our papaccelle have a fresh scent and a strong flavor thanks to the sweetness of the pulp.
