FISH FUMET stock cubes

Our fish stock is exclusively composed of sardines and mackerel (60%), an aromatic garnish based on shallots, mushrooms and a light seasoning. Made in the traditional way - long cooking - without additives of course and without allergens, it has the flavor of a homemade fumet. Add it to the cooking of your fish, wet or to your sauces, it will sublimate your seafood dishes and accentuate the flavors.
