Espinaler chickpeas are soaked for the necessary hours and are packaged raw in the corresponding containers with a dilution of water and salt. The containers are hermetically sealed and subjected to an autoclave sterilization process that ensures the commercial sterility of the product. The processing, handling and obtaining of the final product are carried out in compliance with current hygiene and health standards throughout the process, as well as good handling practices.
