Factory Floor Jewels is a growing UK jewellery brand by independent designer maker Kate Stewart. Each piece is lovingly handmade in her Liverpool studio and tells the story of her fascination with the engineering and marine history of the city.
A feature of the brand is the unusual mix of metals and components, Factory Floor Jewels pieces often combine materials such as copper, brass, steel, rubber, resin or aluminium with sterling silver to create unique pieces.
Factory Floor Jewels collections are aimed at style conscious customers leading busy, active lives. Their outfits – and accessories – often need to transcend from day into night-time activities, and they want to maintain their unique and individual style whilst doing this. The Factory Floor Jewels collections offer co-ordinating items that mix and match equally well – and each collection tells a story about its materials and design influences.
In 2018 we launched our retail offer with our Ready-to-Wear range aimed at gift shops, fashion boutiques and gallery & museum shops, with retail prices from £15-45, quickly becoming one of the top selling brands in the Tate galleries, London. Our offer to retail stockists includes
excellent retail margins, fast delivery and social media and marketing support. Branded packaging is supplied, and many pieces will post as 'large letter' making them idea for mail order gifts.
