
The oil tradition in the province of Trapani has very ancient traditions that date back to the era of the Phoenicians. Since then the cultivation of olive trees, and in particular of the native varieties of the area, has consolidated up to the present day. Today the olives of the Cerasuola and Biancolilla varieties, heritage of the Belice Valley, find their maximum expression in our Organic DOP Evo Oil Valli Trapanesi. The Cerasuola part prevails over the Biancolilla, giving liveliness and a pungent note at the end. The color is intense green with gold reflections. The scents are of artichoke, almond and green tomato. The taste in the mouth is round and balanced, sophisticatedly spicy and completed by a bitter note that enhances its aromas. The Controlled Designation of Origin certifies the area of origin of the olives and the superior quality of the oil.
