Wine is incredibly versatile. Not only in terms of taste and colour, but also in its use. Everyone knows great cheese platters. Pimp it up with a Chardonnay or Cabernet. But not as a drink on the side, but as a jelly directly ON the cheese. Wine jellies can be incorporated into anything you like. Baked goods, sauces, dips, toppings - there are no limits to your imagination.
Our jellies are hand-stirred and filled individually. We do NOT use ANIMAL products but prepare all jellies with vegetable apple pectin. In addition, we can reduce the sugar content by around 30% compared to conventional jellies and jams. You will taste the difference!
