Flour for polenta stone-ground with a water mill to which truffle flakes are added as the most inviting product for a delicious meal that combines the simplicity of polenta with the refinement of summer truffle. In addition to its delicate taste, truffle polenta has the advantage of being very quick to prepare (just 3 minutes) and is excellent to serve with various recipes. 

For a perfect tasting we recommend seasoning with light sauces or better yet with extra virgin olive oil or butter, a sprinkling of cheese of your choice if desired.
