Our organic IGP red pepper from Kampot is ranked among the best peppers in the world. It is produced by a Belgian cooperative established in Kampot, La Plantation. The bunches are picked one by one by hand, at full maturity, when the peppercorns turn red. The red beans are then washed, scalded and sun-dried for 2 to 3 days depending on the environment, until they are optimally dried. Its fruity and flowery aromas as well as its spicy flavors and dried flowers, make it a powerful and very aromatic pepper. It is a pepper with character that will sublimate your dishes, your drinks and your desserts. Our Kampot IGP organic red pepper is a product from organic farming, certified by Ecocert.
