Artisan-chocolatier since 1999, it is within the Amiens family chocolate factory that I accomplish my first skills. The know-how that has been passed on to me has developed around two fundamental factors that make the reputation of Maison Bonnotte. The first is based on the systematic use of noble and natural ingredients to bring optimal flavors to my chocolates. The second is to constantly improve my techniques and to demand that a chocolate can always be sublimated. Established in 2017 in Gironde, it is through the HELDIA brand, created in 2015, that I want to share my chocolate pairings with you and thus pass on my passion for divine cocoa to you.
