This lot is made up of the cherries that Marvin and his family grow, as well as those of their neighbors, all small coffee growers. They trust Marvin to bring out the best in their coffees through the processing. For his part, Marvin maintains very high standards, accepting only the cherries at their optimal ripening point, carefully attending to the whole process and maintaining traceability to each farm. This collaboration ensures excellent quality in the final product, which yields higher prices a more dignified life for everyone. For this washed lot, the seeds are first separated from the pulp, then washed and dried in patios overlooking the wooded landscape of Jalapa.
