Our snail timbales - Solo

An aperitif idea? An accompaniment on rice or pasta? Forest mushrooms, Jura white wine, cream fresh... the snail is sublimated in this preparation. We advise you either to serve these timpani in cups individual during the aperitif, either as a starter for gourmets or still on a bed of pasta or rice. Treat yourself !
